A (virtual) Therapeutic Yoga Workshop

Sunday, January 24th 2:00-3:30pm

How well do your know your Self? Are you communicating effectively with your body? Are your needs being met?

The world is heavy right now and with that comes uncertainty, fear, pain and doubt. In order to come home to our Self and reconnect with our Truth we need a space in which we feel safe to explore.

Join me in this workshop in a celebration of coming home. We will come together as a group to be seen and witnessed in our experience with an opportunity to share what is real for us right now. Then we will connect with the body’s wisdom through breath and movement and come together at the end again to integrate our experience with an option to share. Absolutely no previous Yoga experience is necessary, please show up exactly as you are.

The flow of this group workshop was so freeing. The breath/body/mind flow were individual as Sarah guided all of us with cues to allow the freedom to do what our own selves needed. Your workshop FAR exceeded my expectations! For the past month I have had this horrible stiff joint feeling through my whole body, but especially in my neck. Sarah’s workshop provided a safe and supportive space for me to come back to myself, something extra special amidst the heaviness of the world right now. I went into the workshop excited to just carve out some time to hone in, and by the end of the workshop powerful shifts had occurred.
